About Speeds Chartered Surveyors

Speeds was set up in 2008 by Guy Speed and as from April 2011 trades as Speeds Surveyors Ltd.

Guy Speed BSc (Hons) MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor with twenty years experience.

“I started my career in Oxford working on refurbishment projects for schools and university colleges. In 1998 I returned to Devon, my home county, and took on a more varied work load including residential purchaser surveys together with further refurbishment and new build projects. My current work has swung back more towards building projects though surveys and other professional work form an integral part.”
