BUILDING SURVEYS

The building survey (or structural survey) typically undertaken for a property purchaser is a comprehensive report prepared following a detailed inspection of the property. The report aims to provide sound advice on the condition and maintenance of both residential and commercial property.

From receiving your instruction the inspection can be undertaken within two days, with the report sent out within five working days of the inspection. Please call for a fee quotation which can be provided instantly.

The inspection and report can be tailored to your requirements and can include comment on the viability of any intended alterations or extension.

SCHEDULES OF CONDITION/DILAPIDATION

Acting for either landlord or tenant schedules can be prepared, served, and negotiated. If required repair works can be tendered and carried out to meet the repairing covenants.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

SPEEDs can provide long term advice on future maintenance requirements and potential costs. Typically undertaken for commercial or charity owned property. If immediate repairs are identified these can be incorporated in a schedule of repairs for which prices can be obtained and the works overseen.

PARTY WALLS and BOUNDARY DISPUTES
